Virtual Private Math Tutor
One tutor, one student, every step from Algebra 1 to Calculus AB.
Henry Oglesby teaches live math sessions online — one-on-one, or in small groups of up to 4 — paced to how your student actually learns, not a fixed script.
One path, five courses.
Math builds on itself — so sessions do too. Wherever your student is on this ladder, Henry meets them there and works toward the next rung.
Algebra 1
Variables, linear equations, and functions — the foundation everything after this is built on.
Geometry
Proofs, shapes, and spatial reasoning, taught as logic puzzles instead of memorized rules.
Algebra 2
Polynomials, logarithms, and complex numbers — where most students need a steady second voice.
Precalculus
Trigonometry and sequences, with an eye toward the way of thinking calculus will demand.
Calculus AB
Limits, derivatives, and integrals — worked problem by problem, with AP exam pacing in mind.
Three steps to the first lesson.

Payment & cancellation
Payment is due upfront, by the Sunday before the week of your scheduled session(s), via Zelle (470-841-2774) or PayPal.
Need to reschedule? Give at least 48 hours' notice using the link in your booking confirmation, or email info@mathwithhenry.com. Without that notice, payment is forfeited and a new session requires new payment. Outside of emergencies, booked sessions aren't cancelled.
The Zelle button is for reference only — Zelle payments are sent directly through your own banking app, not through a link.
Math clicks when someone slows down long enough to explain it right.
Henry has spent over 30 years teaching and tutoring math — in morning school, summer school, evening school, and virtual classrooms. He holds a BS in Mathematics from Barton College, a 7–12 mathematics teaching certification, and a Master's in Mathematics Education from Georgia State University, with additional coursework at Georgia Tech and UGA. Now a retired teacher, he tutors as often as he can.
Every session starts with work that actually mirrors the homework or test being given, and works backward from there on a shared digital whiteboard, until the concept holds on its own.
